Cheesy Corned Beef
This breakfast bake features a savoury mixture of corned beef hash combined with chopped celery, bell pepper, chili sauce, and chili powder. The mixture is spread onto toasted English muffin halves and baked until hot. It's finished with triangles of American cheese that melt into a gooey topping after a final few minutes in the oven. Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn beef hash
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce

- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 slices American cheese
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the corn beef hash, chopped celery, bell pepper, chili sauce, and chili powder.
- Stir the ingredients until thoroughly combined, then spread this hash mixture evenly over the toasted English muffin halves.
- Arrange the prepared muffin halves on a baking sheet and bake them for 10 minutes.
