Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes (skinless & boneless)
- 0.5 (10 7/8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
- 0.5 (12 ounce) bag egg noodles
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt (such as Lawry's)
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Boil the egg noodles in water until they reach a chewy texture.
- In a separate pan, cook the cubed chicken in olive oil with the seasoning salt until no pink remains, then drain away the oil.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup with the cooked egg noodles and chicken, heating until the mixture begins to boil.
- Lower the heat and stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese, canned corn, and pepper.
- Continue cooking until every piece of Velveeta cheese has fully melted into the sauce.
- Take the pan off the heat and finish by sprinkling the parsley flakes over the top.
