Cheesy Chicken Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, Mexican blend, divided
  • 2 (20 ounce) packages refrigerated shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz cracker
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method

  1. Set your oven to 400°F. Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth and pepper in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Add one cup of the Mexican blend cheese, the hash browns and the shredded chicken to the bowl, stirring to coat everything evenly.
