Ingredients
- 25 flipside crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Put the crushed crackers, shredded cheese, crushed garlic, sea salt, and black pepper into a large resealable plastic bag.
- Melt the butter and pour it into a shallow dish.
- Take each chicken breast and dip it fully into the melted butter.
- Immediately place the buttered chicken into the bag with the crumb mixture.
- Seal the bag and shake it thoroughly to coat the chicken completely, pressing the crumbs onto the surface.
- Transfer the coated chicken to a greased casserole dish.
- Continue the process with all the remaining chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture lightly over the top of the chicken in the dish.
- Pour any remaining melted butter over the chicken.
- Bake the dish without a cover at 350 for 30 minutes.
