Cheesecake Factory White Cheese and Tomato Pizza
This recipe replicates the indulgent taste of the Cheesecake Factory's white cheese and tomato pizza. Using a thin, refrigerated dough base, it is layered with a blend of Italian cheeses, fresh basil, and thinly sliced tomato. A final glaze of garlic-infused butter adds a rich finish. The whole process takes about 25 minutes to prepare and bake, resulting in a deliciously cheesy and satisfying one-dish meal for four to six people.
Ingredients
- 1 thin crust refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tomatoes
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 4 cups Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted salted butter (mixed with the garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Position the pizza dough on an ungreased pizza stone and use a roller to form a very thin crust.
- Bake the crust in an oven at 400 for 7 minutes.
- As the dough bakes, cook the garlic in olive oil until tender and slice the tomato very thinly.
- Take the crust from the oven and spread the cooked garlic over it, then cover with 4 cups of the Italian six-cheese blend.
- Arrange the tomato slices over the cheese, drizzle a little butter on top, and scatter the fresh basil.
- Add the mozzarella cheese over everything and return the pizza to the oven to bake for 7 more minutes.
- Switch the oven to broil and cook for 2 minutes or until the cheese topping turns golden brown.
- Brush the entire finished pizza with the melted butter and garlic powder mixture.
