Method
- Process the butter and cheese in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the flour, adding it one cup at a time.
- Mix in the salt, black pepper, and ground celery seed.
- Transfer the combined cheese mixture to a large bowl and gently fold in the crisp rice cereal, kneading lightly if needed.
- On a surface dusted with flour, roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
- Cut shapes from the dough using a plain 2 inch cookie cutter.
- Arrange the cut crackers on a baking sheet and bake at 325°F.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
