Cheddar Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 4 ounces shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together thoroughly, then shape the mixture into six patties of equal size.
