This Chapala cocktail recipe was discovered by my husband. Named after a lake in Mexico, the drink features tequila, fresh citrus juices, grenadine, and a hint of triple sec. It is a quick and vibrant beverage that can be garnished with fruit. The recipe yields one serving and takes only about five minutes to prepare.
