  • 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 -3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 -3 tablespoons fines herbes (or a combination of parsley, chervil, chives and tarragon)
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, more if you wish
  • 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice (or serve with lemon wedges)
  • fresh ground black pepper

Method

  1. Turn on your oven's broiler to preheat.

  5. Scatter the lemon zest across the seasoned fillets.
  6. Additional zest can be added according to your preference.
