Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- chocolate sprinkles
Method
- Combine the three ingredients in a pan and stir them vigorously over medium-low heat.
- Continue cooking the mixture until it thickens sufficiently to reveal the base of the pan when stirred. it should hold together without spreading. Transfer it to a greased dish and allow it to reach room temperature, or chill briefly in the refrigerator. Coat your hands with butter, then take small portions to shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Decorate each ball by rolling it in chocolate sprinkles.
- Should the balls fail to maintain their shape, return the mixture to the heat for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a thicker consistency.
