Method
- Add the warm water, butter, honey, whole wheat flour, flaxseed meal, vital wheat gluten, salt, dry milk powder, and yeast to your bread machine pan, following this sequence. Select the basic wheat bread programme, then reduce the cooking timer by 25 to 30 minutes. Monitor the loaf and remove it before it turns brown, unless you prefer a crustier finish from the full cycle.
