Bell Pepper Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chopped bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup saltine crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (melted)
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix every ingredient together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the combined mixture into a greased one and a half quart casserole dish.
  3. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 350° and bake for roughly 30 minutes.
