Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Heat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine the spices listed from salt to Italian seasoning in a small bowl and set this mixture aside.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, dried parsley flakes, and sliced green onions together in a shallow dish.
- Take 4 tsp of the prepared spice mix and sprinkle it evenly over all four tilapia fillets.
