  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Heat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine the spices listed from salt to Italian seasoning in a small bowl and set this mixture aside.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, dried parsley flakes, and sliced green onions together in a shallow dish.
