Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 200g mixed salad leaves
  • zest and juice 1 lime
  • 1 chilli deseeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Mix the lime juice, lime zest, chopped chilli and olive oil together to make the dressing and season it.
