Ingredients
- 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons garlic flavored olive oil
- 0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 0.25 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 drops chili oil
- 0.25 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Set your oven to broil and adjust the rack to the highest position.
- Arrange the trimmed snap peas on a baking tray, pour over the garlic olive oil, and toss them to ensure an even coating before spreading them in one layer.
- Broil the peas in the oven until they become tender, which should take about 5 minutes.
