Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies, tops separated from bottoms
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons shortening

Method

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl, beating them together until you have a smooth mixture. Place one Oreo cookie with its frosting side facing up into each lined muffin cup.
  2. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top of each cookie.
