Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) can long green roasted chilies (or your own roasted hatch if you have it)
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 1 quartered jalapeno
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup vodka
- ice
Method
- Slice the roasted chillies into pieces measuring 1/2 inch.
- Place the sliced chillies into a large pitcher.
- Pour in all the remaining ingredients, but do not add the ice at this stage.
- Fill glasses with ice and then pour the prepared mixture over it.
