5 Pepper Salsa
This is a fresh and tasty alternative to a regular salsa, offering a vibrant mix of flavours. It combines five different peppers with apple, tomato, and fresh cilantro. The recipe suggests using rubber gloves when handling the hot peppers. It is a simple, no-cook dish that becomes more flavourful if left to sit for a while before serving.
