5-Minute Yoghurt and Fruit Parfaits
This speedy dessert assembles in moments. Tall glasses are filled with alternating layers of creamy vanilla yoghurt, a mix of strawberries and other fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla low-fat yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
- 1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 1 cup good quality granola
Method
- Place one third of a cup of vanilla yoghurt into the base of four tall glasses.
- Mix together the defrosted strawberries along with their juice and the fresh berries.
- Continue building the parfaits by adding alternating layers of the fruit mixture, granola, and more yoghurt until the glasses are full.
