Honey Yogurt Quinoa Parfait

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- a few teaspoons honey (to taste)
- 1/2 cup Cheerios + Ancient Grains cereal
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils or other fruit
Method
- Combine the Greek yogurt, cooked quinoa and honey in a bowl.
- Place half of this yogurt mixture into a glass. Top it with half of the cereal and half of the pomegranate arils. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy straight away.
