Ingredients
- 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Mix the evaporated milk, butter and sugar together in a saucepan.
- Place the saucepan on the cooker and bring the contents to a rolling boil.
- Continue cooking the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring it the whole time, then take it off the heat. Ensure your remaining ingredients are prepared.
- Immediately add the miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the hot saucepan.
- Stir the fudge mixture thoroughly until all the marshmallows have completely melted.
- Transfer the mixture into a square 8 or 9-inch pan that has been greased with butter.
