Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix the evaporated milk, butter and sugar together in a saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan on the cooker and bring the contents to a rolling boil.
  3. Continue cooking the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring it the whole time, then take it off the heat. Ensure your remaining ingredients are prepared.
  4. Immediately add the miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the hot saucepan.
  5. Stir the fudge mixture thoroughly until all the marshmallows have completely melted.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a square 8 or 9-inch pan that has been greased with butter.
