Baileys Chocolate Mousse
This indulgent chocolate mousse gets its flavour from Baileys Irish Cream and is ready in only 5 minutes. Simply whip the cream with cocoa powder, powdered sugar and a hint of vanilla for a rich, airy dessert. It's perfect for a last-minute sweet treat and can be served straight away or chilled until you are ready.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.25 cup Baileys® Irish Cream
- 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup powdered sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Method
- Place the heavy whipping cream, Bailey's, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
- You can enjoy the mousse straight away or place it in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
