Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup Baileys® Irish Cream
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. Place the heavy whipping cream, Bailey's, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
