Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups refrigerated mashed potatoes
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 375 degrees F.
- Brown the lean ground beef with the quartered onion in a heavy skillet until the meat is cooked and the onion is soft. Drain off any excess fat.
- Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables and the can of condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup. Heat through for about 4 minutes, then season with the dried marjoram, salt, and pepper.
