- 3 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cubed ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 400 degrees.
- Mix the undiluted cream of celery soup with the sour cream in a medium bowl until well combined.
