Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 ounces imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Method

  1. Place the butter in a medium skillet and melt it. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until tender for about 3 minutes. Mix in the imitation crabmeat and continue to cook for 3 minutes more.
