- 3/4 ounce triple sec
- 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
- 2 ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 1/4 ounces tequila

- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunk

Method
- Combine the ingredients for the red layer in a blender and process until completely smooth.
- Pour the red mixture evenly into three serving glasses.
- Clean the blender jug thoroughly.
- Place the ingredients for the white layer into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Gently pour the white mixture over the red layer, dividing it equally among the three glasses.
- Rinse the blender once more.
- Add the ingredients for the blue layer to the blender and blend until combined.
- Carefully top each glass with the blue mixture, ensuring equal amounts are used.
