40 Cloves Boneless Chicken Breasts
This recipe offers a convenient version of the traditional 40 clove chicken, utilising boneless, skinless chicken breasts for a quicker cook. Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 40 garlic cloves, peeled
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 400 degrees.
- Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish with the olive oil cooking spray.
- Arrange the boneless chicken breasts in the prepared dish.
- Lightly spray the tops of the chicken breasts with more olive oil spray.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Scatter the 40 peeled garlic cloves around the chicken in the pan.
- Use aluminium foil to cover the baking dish securely.
- Place the covered dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the chicken.
- Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and cook for a further 15 minutes.
