Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pudding mix (any flavor is fine)
  • 3 cups milk
  • toasted coconut, to sprinkle (optional)

Method

  1. Set your oven to 350° to preheat.
  2. Mix together the flour, chopped nuts and softened margarine.
