4-Ingredient Shrimp Dip
This creamy and flavourful shrimp dip requires only four ingredients and is incredibly straightforward to prepare. It makes an excellent appetiser for any social occasion, from casual get-togethers to parties. The combination of cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, and shrimp creates a rich and satisfying dip. Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 20 medium cooked shrimp
Method
- Rinse the 20 medium shrimp and cut them into pieces.
- Chop the one medium onion.
- Warm the cream cheese and the can of Rotel tomatoes together.
- Stir in the chopped onion and the prepared shrimp pieces.
- Continue to cook until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Alternatively, combine all the ingredients in a crockpot for a longer, slower cook.
- Serve the warm dip alongside Ritz crackers.
