It combines sliced smoked sausage, cubed potatoes and sweetcorn in a creamy chicken soup sauce, all baked together until tender. Sausage and Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (or whatever veggie you like)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (I use the lite kind)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 4 raw potatoes, cubed or 16 ounces frozen hash browns

Method

  1. Set your oven to heat to 350.
  2. Combine every ingredient in a casserole dish and mix them together. You may include an extra can of soup for more sauce or additional potatoes if preferred.
  3. Bake the mixture for approximately one hour.
