Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (can substitute any nut butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (can substitute dairy-free chips)

Method

  1. Set your oven to heat to 350°F.
  2. Prepare one or two baking trays by lining them with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all the ingredients, leaving out the chocolate chips, in a mixing bowl using a spoon or electric mixer. Gently stir the chocolate chips into the mixture.
