4-Cheese Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped or 2 (7 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 roasted red pepper, chopped

Method

  1. Set your oven to heat to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping them.
  3. Combine all the cheeses with the sour cream in a bowl.
  4. Stir the chopped vegetables into the cheese and sour cream mixture.
  5. Transfer the combined mixture into a 7" x 11" baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake the dish covered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Take off the cover and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
