Ingredients
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package provolone cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon parsley

- 1 package no-cook lasagna noodle

- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 350 degrees.
- Shred the provolone cheese, which can be done using a salad shooter.
- Mix the ricotta, shredded mozzarella, shredded provolone, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper together thoroughly.
- Use olive oil to coat the base of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish lightly.

- Arrange three to four lasagne noodles over the sauce in the pan.

- Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil, placing the shiny side facing down.
- Bake according to the instructions provided on the package of no-cook lasagne noodles.
