Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
- Scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, keeping the skins intact.
- Use a french fry cutter to slice the potatoes into thin strips, or cut them into shoestrings with a knife.
- Place the uncooked fries into a mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle all the seasonings over the fries and toss again until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
- Use a spatula to turn the fries over and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Pat away any extra oil with paper towels before serving immediately.
