30-Minute Jambalaya Skillet
This one-dish jambalaya skillet is a speedy and satisfying meal. Chicken and shrimp are cooked with a classic trinity of vegetables in a spiced tomato base, then simmered with rice. It's a complete, flavourful dinner that comes together in about half an hour, perfect for a busy weeknight. My best friend requests it whenever I plan to make it.
