3 Minute Microwave Choc Chip Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or 1 teaspoon melted low-fat butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk or 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon coffee
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons self raising flour

Method

  1. Pour the milk or water into your mug, then add the oil or melted butter and the vanilla flavouring.
  2. Use a fork to whisk these liquid ingredients together until they are completely smooth.
  3. Next, incorporate the cocoa powder and the brown sugar into the mug.
  4. Whisk the mixture once more with the fork until it is smooth and free of lumps.
