Ingredients
- 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix, 1 cup reserved
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 (29 ounce) can libby's easy pumpkin pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
Method
- Heat your oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Set aside 1 cup of the dry cake mix for later use.
- For the crust, mix the rest of the cake mix with the melted butter and one egg, then press this firmly into the pan's base.
