This is a traditional Japanese sauce for dipping potstickers, distinct from Chinese versions. It requires only three pantry staples and comes together instantly. Simply combine soy sauce and rice vinegar, then add a touch of chilli oil for a savoury, tangy, and lightly spicy condiment that perfectly complements dumplings.
