Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Method
- Combine the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla in a 1 1/2 quart dish, mixing until fully incorporated.
- The mixture will be quite thick. Place the butter on top.
- Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Give the mixture a thorough stir.
- Mix the chopped nuts into the fudge base until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch dish that has been lined with wax paper.
- Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set.
