Ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk, with Vitamin D added
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 -2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) or 3 -4 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
Method
- Chill the evaporated milk in the refrigerator overnight, ensuring it is completely cold.
- Transfer the chilled milk to a large bowl and whip it for about 40 seconds until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar while whipping to incorporate it fully. Optional vanilla extract or cocoa powder can be mixed in at this stage.
- Put the bowl containing the mixture into the freezer for one hour.
