2 Can Soup
This incredibly straightforward soup is a family favourite, especially during colder months. It requires minimal effort and uses just a few canned ingredients combined with browned beef. The flavours develop wonderfully, making any leftovers taste even better the next day. It yields enough for 6 to 8 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (10 ounce) cans minestrone soup
- 2 (14 ounce) cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with peppers
- 2 (16 ounce) cans ranch style beans
Method
- Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain any extra fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to a large pot or a slow cooker and add the minestrone soup, diced tomatoes with peppers, and ranch style beans.
- Heat the mixture thoroughly until everything is warmed and combined.
