It combines quick oats with milk, water, and flavourings like vanilla, sugar, and honey, along with a selection of dried fruits. 15 Minutes Oatmeal (Rice Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats (can be substituted with steel-cut oats but cooking time will be slightly longer)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 tablespoons of your desired dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, apricots, dates)

Method

  1. Combine every listed ingredient inside the bowl of your rice cooker.
  2. Give everything a good mix to combine.
  3. Switch on the rice cooker to begin cooking.
  4. Allow it to cook for around 15 minutes, though it may be ready in approximately 10 minutes.
