15 Bean Soup/Stew
This substantial 15 bean stew is a complete meal in a pot. It combines a full packet of mixed beans with smoky meats like ham hocks, salt pork, bacon, and andouille sausage. The pot is seasoned with a distinctive mix of cumin, thyme, gumbo file, and chilli powder, along with onions, garlic, and bell pepper. A can of Rotel tomatoes adds a final touch.
