This recipe yields a smaller, well-seasoned meatloaf ideal for two to four people. The key flavour comes from using chili sauce in the mix and as a glaze, along with crumbled saltine crackers for texture. It bakes in a standard meatloaf pan for one hour. The recipe can easily be doubled for a larger gathering, requiring only an adjustment to the cooking time.

  9. Smooth the surface of the loaf, then spread a thin layer of chili sauce, about 1 tablespoon, evenly over the top.
  10. Bake the meatloaf for one hour.
