Ingredients

  • 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup soft butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, what ever you like)

Method
