100% Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2.25 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

Method

  1. Collect all the required ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with a whisk.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil until the mixture is smooth.
