100 Calorie No Bake Whey Protein Bar Cookies
These simple no bake cookies combine quick oats with vanilla protein powder for a high-protein treat. Sweetened with raw sugar and molasses, they are held together with a blend of peanut butter, skim milk, and butter. The mixture is cooked briefly, shaped, and set before cutting into squares. The recipe yields 10 cookies, each offering a satisfying snack with under 100 calories and 4.6 grams of protein.

- Transfer the mixture to a pan or plate and press it down to form a layer roughly 1/2" thick. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then slice into squares.
