10-Minute Steak and Noodle Supper

Ingredients

  • 200g rump steak
  • 200g pak choi
  • 1 red pepper seeded
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 100g/4oz sachet stir fry sauce (choose your favourite flavour)
  • 2 x packs no-need-to-cook egg noodles

Method

  1. Remove any visible fat from the steak and slice it into thin strips. Slice each head of pak choi lengthways into four pieces. Cut the pepper into small squares.
  2. Warm the oil in a wok or pan. Cook the pepper for 1 minute. Add the beef strips and fry until browned. Introduce the pak choi and cook until it just begins to wilt.
  3. Add the sauce and 2 tablespoons of water, bringing the mixture to a boil. Mix in the noodles, warming them through and separating them until they are fully covered in the sauce. Serve immediately.
