- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa

Method

- Take a 9 inch microwavable dish or container and grease it thoroughly with butter. a slightly smaller pan will also work.
- Transfer the thick batter into the prepared dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
- Carefully pour the prepared sugar water into the very centre of the batter. it is important not to stir it in.
- Seal the dish tightly using a lid or a layer of plastic wrap.
- Microwave on standard power for 5 minutes. Check if the cake is set, and if needed, return it to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Once cooked, dust the top with powdered sugar and add your preferred accompaniments.
- Serve the warm cake immediately and enjoy.
