10-Minute Baked Ziti

Ingredients

  • 26 ounces Ragu tomato sauce (whichever type you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces ziti pasta
  • italian seasoning, to taste (optional)
  • garlic powder, to taste (optional)

Method

  1. Set your oven to heat to 400.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the tomato sauce with the water.
  3. Add the ricotta, parmesan and half of the mozzarella, mixing them in, then stir through the dry ziti pasta.
  4. Transfer the combined mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and seal it tightly with foil.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 55 minutes.
  6. Take off the foil, top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese, and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
